In 2011 Keith Schembri, was, by his own admission, very much into partisan Labour politics. He was the bosom friend and collaborator of Joseph Muscat. He was the driving force of the '4th Storey' plot to attract so many business people to the PL and fill its election war chest to the brim. We all know how they were repaid. At that time , Saviour Balzan, was already in cahoots with Keith Schembri and his visceral hate towards Lawrence Gonzi's government, was boiling over, in every paragraph he wrote. MT's statement is factually incorrect and downright misleading. It's true that dementia sufferers are increasing but we are not all there yet.
