He expected her to do the inquiry in 60 days! This was not the incredible Egrant inquiry for which the magistrate was promoted a judge by Muscat himself at the first opportunity.

Everybody, including the Government and the Opposition, wants them published. Since there is consensus, why doesn't Parliament immediately approve an amendment to the law, rather than bend the law?
