Camilleri, 01/07/2024 17:56: "Instead, the tribunal observed that Stivala had submitted a request for a change of use for the application to be considered as a hostel rather than a hotel. This request, however, was withdrawn in the Planning Commission sitting." BUT "rather than revoke the planning permit, the Tribunal sent the application back to the PA to be re-assessed as a hostel (not a hotel)". So, the tribunal is now standing in for the developer and submitting development applications instead of the developer! A fake "tribunal" if ever there was one.

However if we look at the second preference votes of metsola towards third parties and even Labour candidates one can see that the gap between the two elections are similar. This means there was a significant metsola effect. This also means that Labour will not risk the next election and will hold one in two years time ahead of metsola ‘s end of term in Europe.

Its the usual stuff we hear from labour: its all the PN's fault or the PN started it or the PN did worse. Its the usual labour rhetoric to justify their excsses. Illegalities, corruption and violence. Labour cannot admit its faults so no wonder we are back to the 80s. I expected more honest and intelligent replies from Dr Sant. But here he speaks like any other Gahan.
