Where they distributed at the same place where the COPE session was held? However corruption has grown to such an extent that the only remedy is to resort to coalition government where power is shared by differerent political parties , so that abuse does not continue on the present level. The EU institutions are serving us well as regards EU funds allocation but where the responsibility lies with the national institutions, there are no such safeguards and we saw the different scandals in Transport Malta and the pension funds for those with severe dusability.
